We recommend replacing the filter every 3-4 weeks depending on use. Replaceable filters are available on our website.
How often should the water fountain be cleaned?
We recommend cleaning the pump and fountain every 1-2 weeks.
How should I clean my fountain?
The steps are simple:
Step 1: Turn the power off.
Step 2: Pull off the water pump, and remove the drinking water tray and filter compartment from the bucket.
Step 3: Scrub the tank with soapy water and then rinse well with clean water. Gently remove any solid debris (hair, dust) from the surface of the filter. Please note that the main controller can only be cleaned with a damp cloth.
Step 4: Reassemble.
How to adjust the operating mode of the fountain?
Press the Sensing Mode or Timing Mode on the panel to switch. If you prefer continuous water flows, plug in the cord and press TURN-ON, the fountain will run Plug-in Mode automatically.

It depends on how much your pet drinks. In general, the water can last about 14 days for 1 cat, and 7 days for 2 cats.
