Free shipping for orders over $50 on any of our products in the United States. (except AK, HI, and PR)
The shipping cost of delivery to AK, HI, and PR is $45 per item.
If you’re outside our standard shipping zones, please contact us at support@furrbby.com for information on shipping fees. We are actively working on expanding our worldwide distribution.
Orders typically ship within 2 business days from our warehouse in CA. Please refer to the product page for the exact shipping estimate.
Orders are not eligible for cancellations once shipped out.
Delivery in the United States takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
You will receive an email with the tracking information after the order has been processed.
Please inspect the carton and physical product for any damage before accepting the shipment. If the product is damaged, please notify the inside sales team at support@furrbby.com to make other arrangements.
For products NOT shipped from the local warehouses (the recipient's address and the shipping warehouse are not in the same area or not in the same country) and without any customs fees declaration, we do NOT be held responsible for any duties, taxes (including VAT) and brokerage fees (if need be). These charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
