What kind of litter should I use?
It is suitable for regular clumping litter, such as bentonite, mineral, and tofu litter etc. We recommend using clumping litter with less than 5mm diameter particles.

How to deep clean the stainless steel litter box?
Empty the cat litter from the pan first. Then simply wipe it down with mild soap and water for a quick and thorough clean. Please make sure the metal pan is dry before pouring the clean litter in.
How can I help my cat adapt to Furrbby?
Most cat switch to our litter box seamlessly! However, it does take time for some picky cats to accommodate a new litter box, here are some methods for your reference:
1. Placing Furrbby in the same location as the old litter box.
2. Add a few cups of litter from the old litter box to help your cats feel more familiar with Furrbby.
3. You may also need to place them inside Furrbby to show them that it is safe.
