How often do I need to replace liners, filters, and refills?
Replacement schedules are listed on each product page. As a general guide, litter box liners last 1–2 weeks, air filters 2–4 weeks, and water fountain filters 2–4 weeks.
Are accessories covered by returns or warranty?
Unused accessories can be returned within 30 days under our Return Policy. If something arrives damaged, contact us with a photo and we will replace it.
