What kind of litter should I use?
It is suitable for regular clumping litter, such as bentonite, mineral, and tofu litter etc. We recommend using clumping litter with less than 5mm diameter particles.
Is the sifting pan easy to lift from the base pan?
Yes, these litter pans are precision-molded to stack seamlessly together, allowing for effortless stacking and lifting.
Will the stainless steel base rust or corrode by urine over time?

How to deep clean the stainless steel litter box?
Empty the cat litter from the pan first. Then simply wipe it down with mild soap and water for a quick and thorough clean. Please make sure the metal pan is dry before pouring the clean litter in.
How can I help my cat adapt to Furrbby?
Most cat switch to our litter box seamlessly! However, it does take time for some picky cats to accommodate a new litter box, here are some methods for your reference:
1. Placing Furrbby in the same location as the old litter box.
2. Add a few cups of litter from the old litter box to help your cats feel more familiar with Furrbby.
3. You may also need to place them inside Furrbby to show them that it is safe.
My cats adjusted to these boxes immediately and I can honestly say they've cut my litter changing time down by 2/3rds at least. I bought the version with the enclosure, and it's great! My only wish is that there had been an option with a fully covered lid. That said, highly recommend to anyone who wants an easier clean up but would prefer not to use a litter robot.

This works very well. The only thing I would change it to make it taller. My cats love to kick litter out. I have seven cats and I’m going to change to all stainless litter boxes.
Pleased with the size. Easy to clean. Wish their were sides on it, but I am very pleased with my purchase.
I was worried it would be complicated, but it’s super simple and works perfectly.
The screening system worked! But my cat likes to dig, so hopefully there will be a high wall version of the screening litter box in the future!
