How can I help my cat adapt to Furrbby?
Most cats switch to our litter box seamlessly! However, it does take time for some picky cats to accommodate a new litter box. Here are some methods for your reference:
1. Placing Furrbby in the same location as the old litter box.
2. Add a few cups of litter from the old litter box to help your cats feel more familiar with Furrbby.
3. You may also need to place them inside Furrbby to show them that it is safe.
The pellets stay clean and don’t get stuck on my cat’s paws like regular litter.
I was previously using a plastic sifting litter box. Over time, it absorbed odors and started to stink. Also, the slots were not the correct shape and would get clogged frequently. I would find myself having to shake and scrape and bang it a ton to try and clear them, barely getting any of the spent litter to fall into the bottom chamber. In contrast using the new Furrbby litter box is a dream! The included scooper is just right for getting spent litter to fall through in seconds. The stainless steel feels sturdy and I’m confident it will be easy to clean and remain odorless. Well worth it!
I have tried multiple different litter boxes, and most are either not large enough for my bengal, or it is a pain to clean. I scoop poop immediately, and and sift daily, to keep boxes clean. This litter box has made that process a breeze!!! I've seriously never been excited about a cat box until now. After a week with he first one, I purchase a second!

Ordered 2 of these litter boxes as we decided to switch to line litter. The pine litter is much cleaner and smells better than the clay. Haven’t had to constantly clean up litter around the box because the line doesn’t leave bits behind like clay. Shipping took longer than expected. Tool about 2 weeks from order to doorstep. Also the box is a little high with the top accessory. I have an older cat with arthritis so he needs an extra step to get in. I wish it came with a step or I could order a step separately. Unable to do so on the website as the step comes with the standard stainless steel box, not the sifting one. Overall a really solid product and so glad I switched to stainless steel and pine litter.
